Mimariyi harekete ge\u00e7iren context, nostalji, hat\u0131ra gibi kavramlar m\u00fchendislikte ge\u00e7ersizdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Kaynaklar, m\u00fchendisli\u011fin ilk kez 1707 y\u0131l\u0131nda Prag\u2019taki Czech Technical University\u2019de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir fak\u00fclte olarak kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayr\u0131 bir disiplin olarak kabul edildi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. M\u00fchendislik disiplini, gittik\u00e7e mimar\u0131n rol\u00fcne el koyan, salt askeri \/ istihk\u00e2m ve in\u015fa etmeyi i\u00e7eren mimariden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z di\u011fer alanlara kadar geni\u015fledi. Hatta bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde, mimar\u0131n hizmetlerinden tamamen feragat edilmeye ba\u015flanarak mimarlar\u0131n yerine m\u00fchendisler yap\u0131y\u0131 tasarlamakla, i\u00e7 mimarlar ise onu g\u00fcncel e\u011filimlere g\u00f6re ya\u015fan\u0131r k\u0131lmakla g\u00f6revlendirildi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda, dijital tasar\u0131m ve \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemleri geli\u015ftik\u00e7e, bu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma bitecek ve t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7 tekrardan ba\u015fl\u0131ca teknik becerisi kodlama olan tek bir mesle\u011fin ellerinde olacak. Mimar\u0131n \u2013ya da ARCHIneer\u2019in- rol\u00fcndeki bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, gelecekteki \u00fcretim tarzlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklere haz\u0131rl\u0131k olacak. Bu da mimarl\u0131k tarih\u00e7isi veya ele\u015ftirmenlerin i\u015fini zorla\u015ft\u0131ran bir durum... Mimari \u00fcslup olarak bug\u00fcne kadar b\u00f6yle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak bana daha e\u011flenceli geldi. Hemen ilk bak\u0131\u015fta \u00fcsluplar\u0131 ve i\u015fleri tan\u0131nan mimarlar vard\u0131r. Kolay tan\u0131nmak istedikleri i\u00e7in ve risk almak, bildikleri alandan uzakla\u015fmak istemediklerinden bilin\u00e7li olarak bu yolu izlerler. Peki biz neden ikinci yolu se\u00e7medik? Bu soruya cevap vermek i\u00e7in mimarl\u0131k tarihi, bir mimar olarak kendi geli\u015fimim ve projelerimin geli\u015fim s\u00fcreci aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 bir ili\u015fki ke\u015ffettim.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00d6nce bir var olan d\u00fczene bakal\u0131m. Ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistem ve di\u011fer unsurlar birbirinden ayr\u0131l\u0131nca, ba\u015fta yap\u0131 formlar\u0131nda mimar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi i\u00e7in bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrken, bu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru \u00e7ok\u00e7a banal, ucuz, \u00e7irkin, gereksiz binaya mecbur kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir d\u00f6neme sebep oldu. Mimarlar\u0131n icralar\u0131nda kabuk \u00fcst\u00fcne vakit harcamalar\u0131 ve kendilerini burada ifade etmek istemeleri, e\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011frenim ve pratikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015fanmas\u0131na sebep oldu. Di\u011fer yandan, str\u00fckt\u00fcr, mimarlar\u0131n i\u015f kapsam\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalarak, do\u011frudan m\u00fchendislerce hesaplanan ve onaylanan bir alana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ilgin\u00e7tir:\u201cOnlar se\u00e7kinlerin ve se\u00e7ilmi\u015flerin binalar\u0131yd\u0131. Bir politik bak\u0131\u015f olarak modernist mimarl\u0131k\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Gen\u00e7ken genellikle geleneksel ailelerden gelen gen\u00e7leri, at\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 sosyalistleri, entellekt\u00fcelleri, daha sonra aralar\u0131ndaki \u015fiddeti, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte global bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen ama asl\u0131nda g\u00fcncel-yerel e\u011filimlere sorgusuzca sad\u0131k, naif \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, onlar taraf\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir zaman a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmasa da merakla izledim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projeler almaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m zaman, bu i\u015fin d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde nas\u0131l i\u015fledi\u011fini anlamak ad\u0131na ofislerinin arka kap\u0131lar\u0131ndan girmenin bile benim i\u00e7in hayal oldu\u011fu mimarlarla r\u00f6portaj yapmak \u00fczere ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7tim. Bunu bana yol g\u00f6sterecek, yetecek kadar yapt\u0131m. Asl\u0131nda ilk olarak kendim i\u00e7in yapt\u0131m ama bir\u00e7o\u011fu da yay\u0131nland\u0131. Zamanla meslekte tecr\u00fcbe kazand\u0131k\u00e7a baz\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00fcncelliklerini yitirdiler. Ke\u015fke gen\u00e7 ve deneyimsiz bir mimarken daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yapabilseydim. Bu se\u00e7kin mimarlardan, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey sunmaks\u0131z\u0131n bana zaman ay\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 rica etti\u011fimde, cevaplar\u0131 her zaman evet oldu ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc mesleki s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 benimle payla\u015ft\u0131lar. Gen\u00e7 bir mimar i\u00e7in bulunmaz bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131. Bu y\u00f6ntem g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini koruyor. Gen\u00e7 ve at\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 mimarlara bunun gibi f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerini kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bu r\u00f6portajlar\u0131n birinde, Jean Nouvel o s\u0131rada yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden Euralille projesi i\u00e7in foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekimini ve yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131n\u0131 reddetmi\u015fti. Asl\u0131nda fark etti\u011fi \u015fey modern mimarl\u0131kta \u2018son cam tak\u0131lana kadar mimarinin kusurlu, savunmas\u0131z ve hatta sorunlu g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019 ger\u00e7e\u011fiydi. Oysa ta\u015ftan bir Yunan, Roma kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ya da tamam\u0131 tu\u011fla bir 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ne penceresi, ne de kap\u0131s\u0131 var. Yine de mimarisinin g\u00fczelli\u011fi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz. Bu binalara bak\u0131nca akl\u0131ma hep bir soru tak\u0131l\u0131r. O halde acaba cam, \u00e7er\u00e7eve ve pencere mimarideki fazla \u00f6geler midir? Onlar\u0131 nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez yapar\u0131m?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Esma Sultan projesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, \u00e7ift cidar\u0131n yap\u0131ya d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ve i\u00e7eriden anlaml\u0131 bir mimari etki verdi\u011fini g\u00f6zlemledim. Bence en g\u00fczel yap\u0131lar zamans\u0131z yap\u0131lar\u0131n yeni yorumlarla dengelenmesi sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Zamans\u0131z ve ona eklenen yeninin kombinasyonu\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ukala ve kendini be\u011fenmi\u015f mimarlar\u0131, kabuk ve str\u00fckt\u00fcr\u00fcn birbirinden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n  avantaj gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 abartarak, mimarl\u0131k prati\u011fini yanl\u0131\u015f kullanarak, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, bilgisini ve yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 sokaktan, \u015fehirden kopartt\u0131lar. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fin olanaklar\u0131na g\u00f6re in\u015fa edilmi\u015f binalar\u0131yla u\u011fra\u015fmaktansa y\u0131k\u0131p yenilerini yapmay\u0131 tercih ettiler. Oysa mimarl\u0131k, mevcut olan\u0131n potansiyelini de\u011ferlendirmekle alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Esma Sultan\u2019da yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurguyu tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir\n20. y\u00fczy\u0131l yap\u0131s\u0131nda yakalamak \u00e7ok da kolay de\u011fil. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l binalar\u0131n\u0131n kabuklar\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 elemanlar\u0131 ve hi\u00e7 sevmedi\u011fim asma tavanlar\u0131 birbirinden tamamen ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak tasarlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Esma\u2019n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f kabu\u011fu 200 y\u0131l \u00f6nceye dayan\u0131yor. \u0130\u00e7erideki yeni bina unsurlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f kabuktan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak i\u015fler g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ama i\u00e7erideki \u00e7elik str\u00fckt\u00fcr olmadan d\u0131\u015fardaki \u00e7\u0131plak tu\u011fla duvar\u0131 ayakta tutmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7ift cidar olarak eklemlenen eski ve yeniyi birle\u015ftirerek g\u00fczel bir kontrast ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda siyasi yelpazenin t\u00fcm taraflar\u0131, daha \u00e7ok \u00fcrettik\u00e7e ve \u00fcredik\u00e7e mutlu olunaca\u011f\u0131nda hem fikirdi; h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00fcretmek ve h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketmek istedi insanl\u0131k. Ancak demokrasi, insan haklar\u0131, e\u015fitlik gibi kavramlar ayn\u0131 h\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulamad\u0131. Tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 ve bayrak alt\u0131nda bir d\u00fcnya federasyonu kurulamad\u0131. Art\u0131 de\u011ferler payla\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131. \u00dclkelerin kendi i\u00e7lerinde birbirinden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 demokrasilerle kendi se\u00e7im haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmalar\u0131 mevcut ya da se\u00e7imle iktidara gelen lokal y\u00f6netimler taraf\u0131ndan k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131ld\u0131.
